Englee man charged with counselling to commit murder

On November 14, 2019, Roddickton RCMP received information that a Englee man asked another individual to kill a person in the community of Roddickton.

Police conducted an investigation which lead to the arrest of 40-year-old Kevin Hiscock of Englee. The investigation revealed a number of other offences allegedly committed by Hiscock. He has been charged with counselling to commit murder and a number of other criminal charges.

On November 15, 2019, Hiscock was remanded into custody until his next scheduled court appearance of December 12, 2019, in St. Anthony, NL.
