Stolen Harley-Davidson motorcycle

The Bathurst RCMP is asking for the public's help to locate a motorcycle that was stolen in Dunlop, N.B.

The motorcycle is a silver 2006 Harley-Davidson FLHTI Electra Glide with New Brunswick licence plate number YLT16 and has vehicle identification number (VIN) 1HD1FVW166Y679765.

It had been secured to a stop sign at the corner of Route 315 and Morrison Road, where it was displayed for sale. It was stolen sometime between 9 p.m. on September 15 and 7 a.m. on September 16, 2019.

The motorcycle has several distinguishable features:

  • it is painted with a coloured truck bed liner spray paint;
  • has a custom back fender to match the saddle bags, with a white skull painted on it;
  • and has a six-speaker Kicker sound system.

Anyone with information, or who may have been in the area and seen the motorcycle being moved or driven during that time, is asked to contact the Bathurst RCMP at 506-548-7771. Information can also be provided anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or www.crimenb.ca.
