Our police officer Physical Abilities Requirement Evaluation (PARE) workshops provide you with the tips and techniques you will need to start or improve your physical training to be successful in your PARE. You will have a chance to try the equipment and speak with PARE trainers. Be prepared to break a sweat!

Please join us for an exposure to our Police Fitness Session. This session will take place at the Atlantic Police Academy. It’s an opportunity to learn about our new fitness assessment you will undertake at Depot. Our Pro-Active Recruiter will be present, along with other RCMP employees, and our L Division Fitness Advisor. This is not mandatory, and open to anyone to attend (but you do need to register with us for this session).
