The RCMP is committed to providing a healthy, respectful and inclusive workplace free of harassment, violence, discrimination and other forms of disrespectful behaviour. It's important that all employees are treated in a manner that is consistent with the RCMP's mission, vision and values.

Any form of harassment, violence, and discrimination is unacceptable and is not tolerated by the RCMP. Employees should feel confident in coming forward to report incidents and to trust that their concerns will be taken seriously and addressed in a fair and transparent manner.
